As the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (OEP) for 2007 comes to an end, it is important to understand the rules that govern the different enrollment opportunities still available to beneficiaries-- including the Limited Open Enrollment Period (L-OEP), Special Enrollment Periods (SEPs), and retroactive disenrollment procedures. We will discuss what impact the new L-OEP may have on beneficiaries, including advocacy around the L-OEP and its newly formed accompanying SEP. Check the Landscape of Plans (Medicare Advantage (MA), Cost Plans and Demonstrations) for a list of all MA plans in your state. As always we welcome your comments and questions during the call.
